When you create an account with Oscar Car Rental, we ask you to read and accept our terms of use.

Introduction 

Membership in Oscar Car Rental is free of charge and no purchase is necessary to become a member. Becoming a member brings many benefits. Via your profile dashboard you can enter your information so that you do not have to re-enter it each time you make a booking. You also have an overview of your previous and current bookings. You can read here how we handle your personal data.

Membership

You can take out a membership if you are 18 years or older and have a valid driving licence. It is required to use a valid e-mail address. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept our terms and conditions of use. Your membership is personal and cannot be shared with others. Companies, groups, associations, businesses or others who wish to rent a car for business purposes may become members. It is the member's responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date.  

Changes and cancellation

You retain the right to delete your user account at any time at www.oscar.nl. Oscar Car Rental reserves the right and may, at its sole discretion, apply, interpret, withdraw, amend, limit, cancel or modify the terms and conditions of use, rules, facilities and benefits at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to keep abreast of any changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time.

Oscar Car Rental does not accept responsibility for system errors or service interruptions. Oscar Car Rental is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur due to any changes or cancellations.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions of use are governed by Dutch law. Any conflict, claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions of use or membership of Oscar Autoverhuur shall be settled by the Dutch courts, unless otherwise stated in other relevant consumer protection legislation.
