There’s no fee to join the program.
No, only short term car rental bookings made directly through our app or website count towards the loyalty program. Subscription or long term bookings do not count towards the loyalty program.
Membership levels are reviewed automatically as soon as you meet the criteria. These are lifetime membership benefits.
You can always see completed and pending bookings under your history on your profile.
If you don't complete the required number of bookings within the 2-year timeframe, you will maintain your current membership level. Only bookings made within the past 2 years will be counted towards advancing to the next level.
