How many kilometers are included in a car subscription?

When you book a car subscription, you will get 1500 kilometers included in the given price. Additionally, you can purchase more kilometers depending on your usage.

What is included in a car subscription?

With a car subscription, you will have 1500 kilometers included per month. The car subscription also includes international insurance, so you can drive outside of the Netherlands during the rental period. Additionally, you can add up to 3 extra drivers to the car subscription at no extra cost.

Can I change cars during my car subscription?

Yes, if another car is available from the same branch where the car subscription was created, it is possible to change cars. Just contact customer service to see what the options are.

What is the binding period for a car subscription?

Our subscriptions are designed to offer both short and long-term options. Choose between 3, 6, or 12 months binding periods, always with the option to extend.

Can the car be delivered to my home?

No, the car needs to be picked up at the rental location.

Can I choose a different color for the car?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose another color. The car you book for car subscription is the car you will get.

Can I pick a different vehicle during my subscription?

You can choose a subscription period of 3, 6 or 12 months. When you have finalized the entire subscription period, you can choose another vehicle and start a new subscription period.

Can I change the payment interval for the subscription?

Currently this is unfortunately not possible, but we are working on being able to adjust this in the future. We recommend that you start the subscription at the time that you are guaranteed to be able to pay, so that this date is set right away.
